The Holliston Garden Club and the Friends of Trees have been advocating for Holliston to become a Tree City USA since August of last year. The Select Board has agreed to submit an application to become a Tree City USA. Part of this program’s requirements include adopting a by-law that protects trees in the community.

Holliston’s Spring Annual Town Meeting will be held at the Holliston High School Auditorium beginning at 7:00pm. There are thirty-two Articles on the Warrant that require action by the citizens.

HCAF Sponsors Student Art Auction and Downtown Day
A student art auction will be held next week on Friday May 12th from 4-8pm at the Timothy Fiske House (747 Washington Street), followed by Downtown Day on Saturday May 13th, from 12-4pm at the same location at the corner of Washington St. and Hollis St. Proceeds will benefit the Holliston Community Action Fund (HCAF) –-thanks to the Student Division of HCAF.
