National Championship Winning Strength & Conditioning Coach Sets to Launch Debut Book
Boston College’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nick Cidado, shares his philosophies on mindset in his debut book “Sweat More During Peace, Bleed Less During War- Preparation Tactics that Generate Success”.
Cidado, who has trained athletes at the professional, collegiate, high school and youth levels, brings his philosophies to life in his new book. Through his experience in coaching national champions and national player of the year recipients, he has seen first hand what it takes to reach success. His stance on how the level of preparation you put forth directly correlates to the final outcome, makes this read applicable to any avenue of life. He has developed a blueprint to become a more prepared individual and he outlines the process in this book.
“Preparation is as powerful as it is simple. The concept seems rather elementary, yet so difficult for many to properly execute. Sweat More During Peace*** Bleed Less During War will reshape the way you think about preparation and give you the tools and techniques that you need to transform your approach.”
The book is set to be published on January 30th, 2024 and can be purchased through Amazon, Barnes & Noble and various other book distributers.
“Whether you are an athlete looking to win a championship, an employee trying to earn a promotion or an individual who is trying to regain control of their normal day to day life, absorb and then implement these tactics in order to generate success that lasts”
