First there was Balancing Rock and now the rock pile at Pinecrest Golf Course. some time overnight on May 13th, a sixth of the fabled pile came tumbling down onto the fairway. Could it have been that earthquake in NJ on April 5th that loosened the stones. The pile of stones often touted as an Indian burial ground has been proven to be untrue. Water hazard golfers — how about rock hazard..

It’s been a hot dry summer and now that fall is upon us, the Downtown Marigold Project is looking to put some color back along the main roads in town. Anyone with a pickup truck is needed to transport potted mums from 260 Highland Street (Mayor’s Plantation) to downtown locations.

The Holliston Select Board (SB) held its weekly meeting on Monday, April 11, 2022. Chair Tina Hein called the session to order at 7:00pm. The first order of business was 300th Anniversary Preparation with Celebrate Holliston.
