Special Town Meeting – Legal Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Holliston will hold a Special Town Meeting commencing at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at the Holliston High School Auditorium, 370 Hollis Street to act on the following articles:

Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Adjustments
Amend Consolidated Personnel By-Law Section 29, Job and Wage Classification Plan
To provide funds for the Stabilization Fund
To provide funds for the Capital Expenditure Fund
To provide funds for capital expenditures
To make appropriations from the Community Preservation Fund
To provide funds for roadway, drainage and sidewalk improvements
To provide funds for a Sidewalk Prioritization Plan
To provide funds for a Water System Modernization Plan
To provide funds for a water main replacement on Winter Street
To provide supplemental funds for a Water Treatment Plant at Well No. 5
To provide funds for engineering and design related to Storm Water Management
To provide funds for design and engineering at 9 Green Street
To provide funds for public safety signs and equipment
To provide funds for traffic engineering and sound engineering studies
To vote to accept certain public ways
