The Holliston Lions Club recently announced their intention to form a Cub Club.
A Lion Cub Club is a program for children aged 12 and under that allows them to volunteer with a Lions Club. The program’s goals are to:
- Help children develop a lifelong commitment to helping others
- Teach children the joy of volunteering
- Help people of all ages work together
Some benefits of the Cub Program include:
Volunteering: Children can develop empathy, compassion, and responsibility through volunteering.
Learning: Children can learn new skills and take pride in their community.
Inspiring new ideas: The Cub Program can inspire new service ideas and opportunities.
