Marjorie Anne Clark at 78

Marjorie Anne Clark, 78, of Danvers and a former longtime resident of Holliston, passed away on Wednesday, September 28th, at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Danvers.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 11th, at 10:30 AM at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.

Michael J. Papasadero at 70

Michael J. Papasadero, 70, of Milford and formerly of Holliston, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, from complications with pneumonia.
There are no calling hours.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 8th at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St.

HNN Great Pumpkin Rail Trail Walk October 30th

Holliston Newcomers & Neighbors invites you to join us at our Great Pumpkin Trail Walk on Sunday, October 30th from 10:00am-12:00pm at the Holliston Rail Trail. There are games set up along the first section of the trail up to the first bridge – great for young kids of all ages – and small prizes are distributed. The Great Pumpkin Trail Walk is an allergy-free way to celebrate Fall for the whole family.

Select Board Fine Tunes the Fall Town Meeting Warrant

On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, Select Board (SB) Chair Ben Sparrell called the weekly meeting to order at 7:01pm.  Two significant topics were on the docket: continued refinement of the Fall Town Meeting Warrant, and an interim update regarding HFD’s actions taken since the recent organization evaluation. 
Atay tuned there is a Select Board meeting scheduled for 9 am TODAY (Friday) to finalize the warrant – an update will be posted later today.
