The Holliston Cultural Council distributes grant money provided by the State to local artists and other providers of culture. The Council has learned that another source of State funding for local artists will soon become available.
The Mass Cultural Council will launch two Cultural Sector Pandemic Recovery grant programs in August, with opportunities for both individuals and cultural organizations. This is a historic undertaking, as we were tasked by the Legislature to equitably award $60.1M to the cultural sector through these one-time COVID relief programs.

Cultural Sector Recovery Grants for Organizations offer unrestricted grants ranging from $5,000-$75,000 to Massachusetts cultural organizations, collectives, and businesses negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to the guidelines, please see the program’s FAQ’s.
