Snack It Right Collects for Pantry Shelf
Snack It Right, a student led non-profit, announces a snack collection for the Holliston Pantry Shelf. Due to constraints of COVID, the usual slugfest will be replaced by a contactless drop off on December 13th, 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, at the Holliston High School parking lot.

Pauline A. Brovelli, 96, of Holliston, passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020.
Pauline and Vasco’s visitation will be held on Thursday, December 17th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston.
Governance Committee Continues Work
The Tuesday evening remote meeting of the Governance Committee (GC), called to order at 7:03 PM, by Chair Sam Tyler, appeared an exercise in explanation and revision of their on-going work to create By-Law Articles to delineate and clarify Holliston’s Fiscal Budget Process.
Holliston Energy Program Enhancements
Price stability and a significant increase in the amount of renewable energy the community uses to power their homes and businesses were two goals the Town of Holliston had when it requested bids for its energy program. Those goals have now been realized.

COVID-19: December 9, 2020 Update from Representative Dykema
Too often these newsletters contain sobering, but necessary updates about the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, I have good news to report today.
This morning, the Governor announced the first planned rollout for the acquisition and distribution of a COVID-19 vaccine. The Commonwealth has already requested 59,475 doses of vaccine from the federal government and expects to receive 300,000 total by the end of December.
